Store FAQ
How are purchases delivered?
Sign in with the same Steam account you use on TetherRust. PayNow sends the purchase through the delivery setup already connected to the game server.
Do monthly ranks renew automatically?
Yes. Products marked Monthly renew on the schedule shown during checkout. You can cancel future renewals from Manage subscriptions on this website.
Can I buy a lifetime rank?
Yes. Lifetime products are a one-time purchase and have no scheduled renewal.
How do I stop a monthly kit renewing?
Open Manage subscriptions on this page, sign in with the Steam account used for the purchase, and choose Cancel auto-renewal. You keep access through the paid period.
Where can I get purchase support?
For missing in-game delivery, open a TetherRust Discord ticket with your PayNow order number. Never post payment information publicly.
Final regional pricing and applicable tax are confirmed by PayNow during checkout. TetherRust does not store your card or wallet details.
